Table Rock trails lie on City of Boise, State of Idaho and Private lands. These trails are steep and tailored to the hiker as opposed to the mountain biker. Advaced mountain biking trails are available, however. Mountain bikes are not allowed on a tiny portion of the trails. Summer hiking is only available in the early morning hours due to the extreme heat. Two trailheads access the region.
