Lake Creek is one of the more popular trailheads in the Sun Valley Region. Most used by Mountain Bikers who use the trails as access to both Adams Gulch and Fox Creek. Unprecedented access to the more rural regions of the Wood River will also benefit the fishing enthusiast. On the high ridge Mountain Biking trail from Fox Creek, Mountain Bikers can only ride in the directions of Lake Creek and Adams Gulch (South).
